Every real call is practice.
Every call is graded against your rubric after you hang up. Scores per objective, narrative feedback, and the growth areas to work on next.

Graded against your rubric, not a generic model
You define the objectives that matter for each call type. Pomo scores every call against them, one by one, with a narrative explaining each score. The rubric is yours; the grading is consistent.
- Per-objective scores with narrative
- Strengths and growth areas on every call
- Follow-up questions and tone tags
Feedback a rep can act on
A number alone doesn't change behavior. Each scorecard names what went well, what to work on, and the follow-up questions the rep should have asked. The next call starts sharper than the last.
The call log becomes a training program
Managers stop scrubbing recordings and start reviewing scorecards. New reps see graded examples of real conversations from day one. Every real call trains the rep who made it.
Questions
Why real calls instead of simulated roleplay?+
Pomo doesn't offer AI roleplay bots, and we aren't building them. Simulators are a different product category. Our bet is that the fastest feedback loop is the call your rep just made: it's recorded, transcribed, coached live, and graded against your rubric. Practice happens on conversations that count.
Can we change the rubric?+
Yes. We set it up with you during onboarding, and you can edit objectives and call templates whenever your process changes.
Are scorecards a paid add-on?+
No. Several dialers sell post-call intelligence as an add-on. Pomo grades every call as part of the one plan.
