No. Listen and whisper need a manager on the line. Pomo's coaching runs on every call, whether or not a manager is free. Managers still get the recording, transcript, and scorecard afterward.

Yes. Coaching runs on your templates: goals, objectives, and notes per call type. You set the rubric during onboarding and change it whenever you want.
Does the rep need a second screen?+
