We connect Pomo to your CRM. You keep your CRM.
Pomo reads your schema, finds every object with a phone field, and maps them from the UI. We do the setup with you. You migrate nothing.

Detection, not configuration forms
Pomo scans your schema and detects callable objects and phone fields, ranked by confidence. You review a list instead of filling out a mapping spreadsheet.
- Callable-object detection across the whole schema
- Phone fields found and ranked by confidence
- Custom objects treated like first-class objects
Any object with a phone field
Leads, contacts, deals, board items, custom objects: if it has a phone field, it can be mapped from the UI. No code, no middleware project.
White-glove, start to finish
Setup is done with you, not handed to you. Schema detection, field mapping, number provisioning, and coaching rubric configuration are part of onboarding, not a services invoice.

- Phone number provisioning
- Coaching rubric set up with your team
Questions
Which CRMs does this work with?+
Pomo runs natively inside Twenty today. For other CRMs we connect the adapter during white-glove onboarding; a native HubSpot connector is in development. If your CRM has an API and a phone field, we'll build the connection into your rollout.
Do we have to migrate data?+
No. Pomo installs into the CRM you already run. Your records stay where they are; calls, transcripts, and scorecards attach to them.
What does white-glove setup include?+
Schema detection, field mapping, phone number provisioning, and coaching rubric setup, done with your team during onboarding.
See it on your own CRM.
A 30-minute setup call: we connect Pomo to your workspace, map your data, and you make your first coached call the same day.
