The renewal call is the business. Coach it like it.

Renewals, quote follow-ups, aged internet leads: every one is a conversation your agency lives on. Pomo queues them with a reason, coaches the call while it happens, and grades it after — inside the system you already run.

The book renews by phone

An agency's revenue is recurring conversations: the renewal call, the quote chase, the aged lead nobody worked. Most dialers treat them as a list to burn through. Each one deserves a producer who knows why they're calling and what a good call looks like.

A queue with a reason, not a list to burn

Pull this month's renewals from the record table and queue them in bulk, with the reason attached. Batch the aged leads separately, route them to a producer, set a start time. Nothing dials itself; everything in the queue answers the question of why.

  • Bulk add from the record table with a shared reason
  • Route batches to a specific producer
  • Scheduled callbacks become queue entries with a time

A renewal is not an aged lead. Grade them differently.

Every call type gets its own template: goals, objectives, and notes. The renewal rubric checks retention and cross-sell openings; the aged-lead rubric checks discovery. After every call, a scorecard grades the conversation objective by objective — QA without pulling recordings.

  • Per-call-type rubrics: renewal, quote follow-up, aged lead
  • Per-objective scores with narrative on every call
  • Strengths and growth areas per producer

Installed into the system your agency already runs

Pomo detects callable objects and phone fields in your schema, ranked by confidence, and we map them with you during onboarding. Policies, households, leads — if it has a phone field, it can be called. No migration, no code.

Questions

Does Pomo handle TCPA compliance for us?+

No. Pomo records calls with a disclosure at the start — that is the extent of its compliance surface. Consent rules for outbound calling vary by state, line type, and lead source, so that question belongs with your counsel, not your dialer.

Can renewals and aged leads use different rubrics?+

Yes. Templates are per call type: each has its own goals, objectives, and notes, and the matching rubric grades the scorecard. We set the first ones up with you during onboarding.

Do we have to leave our CRM or agency system?+

No. Pomo installs into the system you already run. If it has an API and a phone field, we build the connection into your rollout during white-glove onboarding.
